Frequently asked Questions:
1. What is it all about?
LockUp a real-life quest. You together with your team mates are locked in the room full of puzzles and riddles. You have 60min to solve the clues and escape the room
2. What happens if we fail?
Do not worry, will will let you out with no extra charge 🙂 then it is up to you whether we explain the clues you missed or come back another day
3. how many people can play?
Team should consist of 2-4 persons.
4. what kind of clothes are recommended?
The one you feel comfortable in. You can come in coctal dress but obviously it is not the best outfit for searching clues under the table.
5. How to participate?
Get the team, choose a room, book the time that is suitable for you. Arrive at our premises at least 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment, get a brief instruction from our staff and the game begins. Enjoy.
6. It is five of us, can we still form one team and go through the quest together?
Unfortunately not. Lock-up escape rooms are intended for a gruops of no more that 4 persons. You can still split into two teams and challenge each other who gets the best result.
7. What's the price?
The price is from 45 € to 60 € per group regardless if a number of participants and depends on weekday and time.
8. Are there any special skills or knowledge required?
No special skills or advanced knowledge is needed. Just a willigness to participate and have fun. You can either escape on your own or with an assistance from game muster. The most important is that you enjoy it.
9. What if we stuck with puzzle and feel that will not be able to solve it?
In case you feel that you need an assistance, you can always ask for a hint and our game master will gladly assist you.
10. Do you offer a gift cards?
Yes, we do. The price is 60 €. Please contact us via mail or phone and we will let know how to obtain it.
